Hey, I'm Kelly!
If you are new to the gym and want to start your fitness journey or you are an athlete looking to take their performance to the next level then I am here to help! Through guidance and motivation I will push you towards your goals with personalised programmes, nutritional advice and sessions designed to suit your body, lifestyle and ambitions.
Having played semi-professional football, I have first hand experience on how to properly fuel your training and look after your body to best prepare for the gym and for competitions, this allows me to offer nutrition and recovery support as well as as well as helping with work in the gym. All of this together will enable you to feel good and perform at the highest standard!
