Hi, I’m Ben.
I’m a committed coach dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential — both physically and mentally. My approach goes beyond training; lasting transformation isn’t just about building strength in the gym, but about developing the mindset needed to stay consistent, confident, and resilient.
Stepping into the gym can feel daunting, especially at the beginning. Having the right support from day one can make all the difference. I’m here to help you build confidence, create strong foundations, and develop a mindset that sets you up for long-term success.
Through strength training and boxing, I’ve transformed not only my physique, but my mindset — and now my purpose is to help others do the same. I offer Personal Training, Online Coaching, and Boxing, all based here at PureGym.
