Hi, I’m Gosia. I’ve been training since 2010 and became a Personal Trainer in 2017. Over the years, I’ve worked with women at all different stages of their journey, but a lot of them come to me feeling stuck, frustrated, and fed up with starting over.
They usually know they want to feel better in themselves, lose body fat, get stronger, and build more confidence, but they struggle with consistency, structure, and knowing what actually works.
That’s where I come in.
My coaching is built around proper training, realistic habits, and accountability that works in real life. I know life gets busy, and I’m not here to expect perfection from anyone, but I also won’t let you hide behind excuses that keep you where you are.
I’m supportive, honest, and focused on helping you build results that actually last, not just for a few weeks, but properly.
