Hi I’m Tom, I have always had a passion for training and sport from a young age. This keen interest led me to start my personal training career in 2013 and I have been helping clients achieve their results ever since.
In my 13 years of training people on a 1-1 and group basis I am lucky enough to of gained a broad range of experiences. This consists of helping people improve their general health, helping people build muscle and drop body fat, strength training for sport and everyday life, bodybuilding competitions, delivering group training and helping prepare boxers for upcoming bouts.
My focus is to help YOU implement and establish the necessary habits and training regime to achieve the results YOU deserve.
