Growing up, laziness and junk food was my norm, until I decided that was not how I wanted to live my life. After years of researching nutrition and training, trying dozens of diets, and workout routines, I want to simplify fitness for everyone else.
When you start, the gym can be intimidating, but you are already taking that first step forward by showing up. Fitness should add to your life, but not be an uphill battle!
So how do you stop feeling clueless for not knowing if you're doing an exercise correctly and the guilt of not showing up?
Working together, we’ll focus on developing proper form, preventing lower back injuries and gradually adding fitness to your life. Loving fitness does NOT mean sacrificing your enjoyment of food, not having social life, or never drinking alcohol again – it IS making better choices in your day to day that will improve your quality of life and make you healthier.
