As a personal trainer, and through my own journey, I’ve come to truly understand that being active is not only essential for physical health, but also vital for mental wellbeing. Training isn't just about looking good; it's about feeling good, staying strong, and living a fuller, healthier life. From a young age, I was an athlete, regularly competing in different sports. I became the junior trail running champion of the Canary Islands, placing third, and I even qualified for the Spanish national competition in the 3K. From my own experience, I’ve learned how important it is to stay perseverant and believe in yourself. After that, I joined the gym, and strength training has been life-changing for me—both mentally and physically and that motivated me to become a Personal Trainer. It’s not just about aesthetics; lifting weights supports healthy aging, builds resilience, and improves overall wellbeing. I’m here to guide you toward your fitness goals with smart strategies that support lifelong strength, health, and vitality.
