With over 15 years of training experience - from bodybuidling and powerlifting to strongman - I now specialise in strength and conditioning, power building, endurance, weight loss and functional fitness.
My diverse background has given me deep knowledge across multiple disciplines, with strongman being my most prominent. I believe in keeping training exiciting, prioritising form over ego to reduce injury risk and maximise long-term progress.
Whether you're a beginner, experience, or stuck in a plateau, we can work together to set clear goals and reach them. Want to tone up, build strength, lose weigth, improve endurance or prep for a competition? I've got you covered!
