Hi, I’m Simon. My fitness journey began over 10 years ago, and one thing I’ve learned along the way is that age is just a number. Over the years, I’ve thrown myself into all kinds of challenges—cycling coast to coast, running 5Ks, tackling Tough Mudders, stepping into the ring for charity boxing, and most recently, testing my strength in Strongman training.
My love for training and pushing boundaries inspired me to become a personal trainer, so I can share that passion with others. Whether you’re completely new to fitness, coming back after some time away, or preparing for a specific challenge, I’m here to guide you. With the knowledge and experience I’ve built up over the past decade, I create structured, effective programs tailored to your goals—delivered through fun, supportive, and motivating 1-to-1 sessions. My focus is not just on helping you get fitter and stronger, but also on making training something you look forward to.
