What’s the difference between a kangaroo and a kangaroot?One is an animal and the other is a Geordie stuck in a liftI have been a Personal trainer now for 19 years. My health and fitness journey started when at a young age I played football for Chesterfield FC and realised the importance of regular training Whilst playing football I studied at chesterfield college before going to Leeds Met University where I gained a 2:1 hons degree in health-related fitness and exercise I have also studied and gained qualifications in health Referral, disability exercise, pre and post natal, strength and conditioning and treatment and management of sports injuries to name just a few In my time as a PT, I have worked with a wide range of people from professional athletes to cardiac rehab and health referral clients and pre and post natal My approach to exercise is that it should be fun and engaging for all and most importantly of all focused around “YOU”Your lifestyle, your body and your individual needs Come and say Hi and let’s have a chat about how I can help you with your exercise and fitness journey
