With a background as a powerlifter and a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I bring both practical experience and a scientific approach to my coaching. I believe a strong mindset is fundamental to making positive change, and that is where my expertise lies.   I offer comprehensive personalised programming alongside face-to-face personal training, specialising in strength training and bodybuilding. My coaching is designed to help clients build muscle, improve body composition, and develop a mindset that will help you towards achieving your own unique goals. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to take your training to competition level, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
