Hi I’m Eunice!
Are you new to the gym? Are you struggling to figure out the best way to develop muscle and build strength? Are you in need of structure and a push to help you make progress?
Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Eunice, a qualified gym instructor and PT who’s been on their own personal fitness journey for over 7 years - developing consistency and discipline all while still enjoying foods I love in the process. It has been a journey that has led to me growing in body and self confidence, and loving myself more and more each day.
When I started the gym I had two goals in mind - weight gain and getting fitter. After taking the time to understand how to train to build lean muscle, I am now stronger, more confident and in the best shape I’ve ever been in. What started as a mission to achieve my goals, while trying to leave the studio and overcome the fear of the gym floor, quickly became a passion for wanting to help others navigate the gym floor and their training so they can actually see results.
That’s why I’m here. To help you not only gain a better understanding of how to train to achieve your goals, but to help you overcome your fears and push you on your journey to becoming a more confident version of yourself.
