About me

My name's Leigh-Anne, and I've been training for over 12 years. I began my journey at 16 stone and lost 8 stone, but I realised that extreme diets and endless cardio made me unhappy. That moment changed my approach completely. I stopped relying on quick fixes and started learning properly about training, nutrition, and building muscle for my own peace of mind. After years of working in management roles, I decided to use everything l've learned to help others, because I've been exactly where most people are. I specialise in early morning training from 6am, because starting the day feeling strong, focused, and confident before work makes a huge difference. I truly understand the challenges around nutrition, macros, and staying consistent. Building healthy habits transformed not just my body, but my mindset, confidence, and life.
