Hi, I'm Stacey, and I'm not just a personal trainer—I'm someone who's walked the path you're on. Five years ago, I was wearing size 26 clothes and weighed over 18 stone. Today, I'm a proud size 18 and under 14 stone—not because I found a quick fix, but because I discovered strength, self-belief, and a love for training that changed my life. My journey is what drives me to help others. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, to feel overwhelmed, and to not know where to begin. That’s why I bring not just energy and motivation to every session, but real empathy and understanding too. I’m passionate about weight training and cardio, and I’m constantly expanding my knowledge—especially around women's health and fitness—to better support my clients through every stage of their journey.
