Hi, I’m Darren – a personal trainer passionate about helping everyday people build strength, confidence, and long-lasting fitness.
I’ve spent years chasing PBs and challenging myself for medals all while tackling Type 1 Diabetes. Whether on the football pitch, in Hyrox events, or everything in between.
