Hey! I’m Sophie and I’m one of the personal trainers here to help you on your fitness journey!
I know the gym can be a scary place and starting can be overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel confident in your fitness journey. I’ll guide you through your training and through using different equipment. I’ll be here to push you through your sessions as well as support you with your nutrition and lifestyle outside the gym. We’ll put everything in place to ensure you reach your goals!
If you’ve been coming to the gym for a while, but you’re not satisfied with the results you’ve gotten or you just want to take your training to the next level, a personal trainer can be what you’re missing! I specialise in fat loss as well as in muscle growth, hybrid training and running. If you’re looking for a new fitness challenge like signing up to your first half-marathon, I’ve got the experience and I’m here to get you there!
