About me

👋 I’m Charlotte, in my late 30s . I’m a strength & fat loss coach, nervous system nerd, and no-nonsense PT for women who are done with the all-or-nothing cycle. Late-diagnosed with ADHD and autism, I know what it’s like to have a brain that won’t switch off and a body that feels like it’s constantly running on empty. I’ve lived the burnout, the self-sabotage, the “why can’t I just be consistent?” spiral — and I’ve built a system that finally makes it easier.
