About me

I’m Charlotte, a Personal Trainer & pilates instructor here at puregym who helps women build strength, confidence and consistency in the gym - especially those navigating busy lives, low energy, or perimenopause.

After years of feeling overwhelmed and stuck in my own fitness journey, I learned how to train in a way that supports real life instead of fighting against it, and now I teach the same approach to my clients. My style is simple, effective and supportive: proper technique, smart programming and routines you can actually stick to, so you leave every session feeling stronger, more capable and more in control of your health.
