HYROX Specialist
I was never the type of person who naturally gravitated towards weight training or felt that ‘lifting high’. Cardio was always my comfort zone. That all changed when I discovered HYROX and started hybrid training. The mix of endurance and functional strength training completely transformed the way I trained and how I perceived the gym. Since, I have competed in multiple HYROX events, half marathons and even a marathon, pushing my limits further than I ever thought was possible. Now I am passionate about helping others find confidence, enjoyment and empowerment through a balanced approach to training. To anyone who has seen HYROX on social media and are too scared to start, confused on what training to do or who just lacks confidence within themselves that they can’t do it, I’m here to show you that you can and i will guide you every step of the way.
