About me

Hi, I’m Chloe - your new gym bestie!

Trust me… I get it. The gym is the last place you want to be after sleepless nights, a busy day working or taking care of the kids or all of the above! What you need is a trainer who will make every session fun, lighthearted and enjoyable while making sure you always leave feeling accomplished and ready to conquer the day. I am here to boost not only your fitness, strength and health but also your mood. Together we will formulate a plan that works specifically for YOU.

My pre and post natal training alongside my own experience of exercising throughout pregnancy and post partum has given me an extensive understanding of the effects of female hormones on your fitness journey and means you will be in safe hands throughout your training with me.

I love a combination of weight training, HIIT, and Pilates which means we can work together to improve your posture, reduce back and joint pain, increase mobility, cardiovascular fitness, get stronger and toned and do it all with a smile!

In no time you’ll feel engaged, motivated and confident both in and out of the gym. Learn to reward your body with exercise, not punish it.
