I'm Tom a very vocal personal trainer who has the drive, has the energy and has the knowledge to ensure you achieve!
I've a background in Sport and a good sense of fun, expect every session to be enjoyable and uplifting! I specialize in Weight Loss, Toning and Muscle Development so if you're keen to lighten up, build glutes or develop a more muscular physique I'm with you lets go!
We start with a free introductory period to give you a feel for the experience, we then consider your availability and take an approach that suits your life balance and fitness goals. I am upfront, considerate and keen to see you succeed even if you prefer training with a friend or partner give it a whirl!
I will support you outside of sessions as well via Instagram demonstration videos if you're struggling with technique. We're in it together, I'll keep you motivated, and you can regularly provide feedback to me as we progress!
