I’m a trauma-informed personal trainer with a deep commitment to making fitness accessible, empowering, and mentally nourishing. My background in mental health, creative practice, and social change allows me to support clients beyond just physical transformation —I help you build a relationship with your body that feels safe, sustainable, and self-led.
I take a performance-based approach to training, drawing from personal experience in obstacle course races, Olympic weightlifting, HYROX, and CrossFit. I'm passionate about making fitness a lifestyle, not a phase —and helping clients tap into their strength in a way that feels real and rewarding.
