Hey, I’m Tanya!
A Personal Trainer, Stretch & Manual Therapist, and Movement Coach. I take a functional, restorative approach to fitness, blending strength training with mobility work to help you move better, feel better, and train smarter.

You don’t have to choose between looking good and moving well; we’ll train for both! It’s about reclaiming your mobility so you can chase your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling your best. When you move well and recover properly, your results will last.
I offer 1:1 coaching for all levels, with every journey starting with a simple movement assessment. I’ll meet you where you’re at and tailor each session to your body, your pace and your goals. Building real strength, flexibility and supporting your recovery.
