Hi i'm Hardus! I’m a South African personal trainer with a background in high-pressure environments, where discipline, resilience, and physical readiness weren’t optional—they were essential.
Having worked as an Armed Response Officer and First Responder, I’ve experienced firsthand the impact that structured training, mental toughness, and consistency can have—not just on your body, but on your ability to perform when it matters most.
My approach to training is simple: hard work and discipline drive progress. Whether your goal is to build muscle, increase strength, or lose body fat, I’ll guide you with a structured, results-driven plan while keeping you motivated and accountable every step of the way.
