As a personal trainer my mission is to create a space where every client feels welcome, supported, and empowered to make exercise a natural and enjoyable part of their everyday life. My focus is to help you build a solid foundation of motor control through mindful movement, aiming to maximise your functional range of motion for a healthy injury-free present and a more independent future. My specialities are stretching and mobility, strength and stability work and pole fitness. I am truly passionate about helping clients discover their own flexibility potential - the splits are my signature skill and a great example of balance between strength, control and freedom of movement, that I aim to cultivate in every session. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, enhance body awareness or build functional strength, my approach is designed to help you move better, feel better and thrive in your body.
