Hi, I'm a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people become the healthiest, strongest, and most confident versions of themselves. I've been training in the gym for over 8 years and understand first-hand how life-changing fitness can be, both physically and mentally. Like many women, I initially started my fitness journey with the goal of becoming smaller and believed the common misconception that lifting weights would make me bulky. Over time, I discovered the incredible benefits of strength training and now focus on becoming the strongest and fittest version of myself. Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I worked as a Veterinary Nurse, often working long shifts. Because of this, I understand the challenges busy professionals face when trying to prioritise their health and fitness. That's why my coaching focuses on creating realistic, sustainable habits that fit around your lifestyle, so fitness becomes something you enjoy rather than another chore on your to-do list.
My mission is to help busy professionals and gym beginners build confidence, learn how to lift weights safely and effectively, and achieve lasting results.
