Hi I’m Jamie, a personal trainer at Puregym Warrington Central. For me, fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel, move, and show up in your life. I understand that journey personally, because I’ve lived at both ends of the spectrum. I’ve been underweight, and I’ve been overweight. Experiencing both has given me a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges that come with body transformation. That personal experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to coach with empathy, precision, and purpose. As a certified personal trainer, I specialise in tailoring programs to meet individual and specialised goals.
