In my mid 60's, I bring not just years of experience in fitness, but also the perspective of a life well-lived. My journey has included injuries, setbacks, and challenges - and it's through overcoming these that I've developed a deep understanding of what it truly takes to stay active, healthy, and motivated over the long term.
I know first-hand that fitness isn't always about chasing personal bests - sometimes it's about recovery, rebuilding confidence, and finding sustainable ways to move well.
