After a devastating sporting injury, I first stepped into the gym at age 16.
Like many people, I followed the famous influencers and thought they were giving me the best advice ever - instead they fed me unachievable goals and diets so restricting they only ever lasted about two days!
After getting properly educated through my personal training course and learning for myself (the hard way). I realised the importance of maintainable goals, balanced eating and just enjoying the process.
I help people who feel lost or anxious in the gym skip the trial and error and fast-track their progress — with structure, support, and zero judgement.
I turn “I have no idea what I’m doing” into confidence, clarity, and real results.
