I started off in the fitness industry as a lifeguard seven years ago and have worked my way up taking on any training I could, including becoming a spin instructor, getting me to where I am today, personal training. My personal goal of losing 20kg through strength training and low impact endurance has shown me first-hand how beneficial fitness can be, physically and mentally. My goal as a personal trainer is to empower others to build confidence, strength, and a sustainable lifestyle that supports their individual goals.
