I first got into fitness to feel better, look better, and prove to myself that I could commit to something and stick with it. Now, I help people who lack confidence in the gym build a solid understanding of how to train effectively, so they can feel empowered and self-assured in their workouts. I work with both men and women who want to lose weight, gain muscle, and improve their overall fitness.
