Hi I'm Cam, I'm here to help you on your fitness journey. Whether you are taking your first steps towards it or have been on your journey for some time already. I will provide you with the tools and guidance to set you up to succeed and create long term sustainable habits so that you can finally break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and lost motivation. I have been in the fitness industry for a few years now and have focused a lot on further expanding my knowledge as well as training in multiple different ways to find what gives you the best results and enjoyment from training. The landed me with a mix of calisthenics bodyweight skills and strength training, as well as general strength and conditioning work to keep me in the best shape I can year- round for basketball.
