Hey, I’m Jola!

I specialise in weight / strength training and empowering women to build both physical strength and inner confidence. With over 5 years of training experience and a background in psychology, I understand that fitness isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about overcoming self-doubt, creating healthier habits, and learning to feel at home in your own body.

I know how daunting it can feel to walk into a gym if you’re lacking confidence or unsure where to start. That’s why I take a supportive, person-centred approach, focusing on your unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Whether your aim is to feel stronger, improve body composition, or simply develop a healthier relationship with exercise, I’ll be there to guide you with patience and encouragement.

My coaching style blends evidence-based training with mindset support, so you’re not just following a plan — you’re building lasting confidence and resilience that carries over into everyday life.
