About me

Hi, my name is Luke and I am a qualified Personal Trainer looking to help people reach their fitness goals, help increase their performance in certain sports and guide them towards their ideal goal weight! I can also help people who are new to the gym and are just starting their fitness journey by guiding them through the basics, as that's exactly how I started!

I have experience in Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai and professional style wrestling. Because of this, I have personal experience with cardio conditioning and would implement what I have learned to help develop potential clients towards an athletic based performance. So whether you're a beginner looking to understand the basics to achieving your goals, or a bit more experienced needing that extra push to reach where you want to, I will ensure you get there and feel confident in doing so.

To help you get from A to B, not only will I help train you to get there, but I will also act as a nutritional guidance coach and provide support for you every step of the way. I will help coach you through the exercises to ensure you are performing them safely in a friendly manner, so that you feel confident with each task.
