Despite being a low cost gym, we have more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment designed to give you the maximum return from your work out. Our gyms are stacked with the latest cardio machines, fixed resistance machines, weights and much more! We've recently refurbished our Aberdeen Shiprow gym so you'll now find a fantastic range of brand new kit including: a new prowler track, s-drive treadmill, stair climbers, leg press machine, Olympic flat bench, spin bikes and more. The free weights area has also been extended to provide you with even more space to workout. So whether you looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your overall health fitness, our gyms are well-equipped for you to succeed.
Over 90 free group classes
If you prefer to workout in a group, we have more than 90 free classes every week. Tone those abs, legs, bum and tums or if you fancy exercise with a difference or release your fighting side in a Les Mills body combat session. There’s plenty of classes for you to enjoy. For those seeking a slower pace, improve your flexibility in our Les Mills body balance class which combines yoga, Pilates and tai chi. We also have a women-only tone class, which is a great all-round fitness session.

Once you’re signed up you will receive your unique PIN number via email or text, and you’ll have access to the gym straight away! How to find us
If you're coming by car, pop AB11 5BW into your SatNav and when you get here you can find parking at the Shiprow NCP car park. We have a discounted rate - just collect your discounted ticket from the gym after your visit. Prices are advertised locally.
Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is on Union Street where bus numbers 1, 2, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 23, 40, 60, 61, 62, 63, 67, 68, 90, 290 and 291 will drop you off.
Aberdeen train station is a five minute walk away. As you leave the station, head towards the Harbour then turn left up Market Street and right along Shiprow. And if you fancy a warm-up before you workout, you can lock your bike up at the NCP.
