Brilliant Classes and Instructors
I've been going to Pure Gym for almost a year. I recently left to take a family membership at a more 'high end' gym. This was a huge mistake and I was back at Pure within 3 months.
The quality of the classes and instructors are amazing. Lessons are really well planned and everything is designed to push you hard.

Great spin class, but outdated bikes
The classes are always good, especially spin with Rohin. A lot of the spin bikes could do with replacing (I have often had to switch bikes if there is an issue with the bike). It would also be really good if there were fixed weight barbels in the smaller workout areas to the side - for those of use that don't feel comfortable working out on the main floor.

Good gym - lack of plates
good facilities, okay space, when it is busy as many gyms it is too busy. Not enough gym plates at all on a majority of the equipment.

A very good budget gym
It's a good size floor plan with plenty of good equipment. There are some issues with e.g. bikes needing maintenance on a daily basis and it doesn't always get done - not everyone reports it either though.
The showers are my biggest gripe. They are too hot and have no temp control. I've reported it a few times now and never had a response or seen any improvement. It's not what you want after a sweaty workout.
Otherwise, if they can work out how to get people to put equipment away after use, that would be ideal.
There are lots of different classes at different times and a very easy-to-use app for booking the classes in advance.
All in all, despite a few issues it still gets 5 stars as it is very good value for money. I have a multi-site plus account so i use a gym close to my work and one (this one) close to home and i can book classes well in advance.
