About me

A nerd turned fitness enthusiast, growing up, I always had a passion for sport. I was obsessed with football, then moved on to more “extreme” hobbies like skateboarding and BMX, which eventually led to an injury.

After that, I stopped being active and lost a lot of weight, becoming very underweight. I spent most of my time gaming and watching shows or films. It wasn’t until a holiday that I realised how unfit I had become. I couldn’t even walk for more than 30 minutes without needing to sit down. That stuck with me, so a year later while at uni, I saw there was a gym that was just over the road from where I lived and decided to join it, from that I fell back in love with fitness. These days, I’m grinding just as hard in the gym as I am in any game.

Now, at a healthy weight and with a better understanding of training and nutrition, I want to use what I’ve learned to help others who feel lost or unsure of where to start. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, build confidence, or just feel healthier in everyday life, I’ll support you every step of the way. If you’ve ever felt intimidated by the gym or like you don’t “fit the mould,” I’ve been there and I’ll help you find your footing.
