Dunfermline gym reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, very impressed I was down visiting family and used this site. I have to say I was super impressed with the cleanliness and the supplies available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Back to normal? I actually think that the removal of the personal zone white demarcation lines in the warm up area has been a retrograde step. I understand why it's been done but I preferred a designated box to work in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean, spacious and functional. Still a lot of people who don't put away weights it clean equipment after use but that isn't the gyms fault as twats exist everywhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was good but lately getting worse So for begging last few weeks was very hot outside heat wave and other stuff, during my visits a/c wasn’t on even a once wht was make this whole place literally a owen. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Generally good but need more barbell locks There seems to have been a reduction in the barbell locks and now there isnt enough for all the squat racks/benches before people start using separate barbells, it's the most inexpensive piece of kit so the scarcity doesnt seem to make sense?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gym with a great selection of classes. I joined the gym last year and have used it almost daily since the reopening. I attend lots of classes which I find to be really enjoyable. I would like to see Zumba introduced though. I enjoy the classes with the instructors who motivate and demonstrate all of the moves. There is one particular instructor who just stands there and speaks, lacks motivation and doesn't demonstrate very often which is not ideal. I also think that the music that is played in the gym could be a bit louder. However, I'm happy with the gym overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gym, clean abs friendly staff Just back training again from a recent shoulder injury. Great to be back and feel safe. With the injury I struggle to get in position for squats. Could we possibly get a safety squat bar? I know a few people would be happy with this
