To allow us to add the finishing touches to your club, we will be closed from 8pm Thursday 11th - 1pm Friday 12th June.

- A brand new women's workout space with a lifting zone with squat racks and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells (up to 30kg) and a Smith machine
- Brand new additions to your functional training zone including a Hyrox runner, primal air bike and more
- Brand new glute focused kit including the game-changing BootyBuilder standing hip thrust and a glute kick back machine
- Upgraded cardio kit including 12 new treadmills
- Upgraded fixed pin equipment such as an additional seated leg curl
- Upgraded free weights kit
- Upgraded changing rooms
