Poor securityvery disappointing that my first day at the gym I got stole my bank card and all the cash I had in the women's changing room, as it was my first day I didn’t have any lock, I didn’t think it was this insecure I have trained in many gyms before and this never happpend, after 40 minutes trained I need something from my bag and I noticed my bank card and my cash were missing I inmediately informed the staff (a couple of them) one completely ignored me , and the other person helped me, Despite I got a lock now I can’t train properly thinking this could happen again.

Room for improvementLacking a hygiene area (disinfecting solution and blue tissuse). Equipment is often left with sweat. Also make toilets is prone to blocking, this is a problem as the only other option is a single disabled alternative which isn't idea.
Jermane And Francis are always polite and acknowledge even though they don't know me by name.
Apart from this and a few attachment to resistance machine the gym is fair more a 2.5 out of 5 than a 3.

Some great equipment, but some poor membersThe gym is very well stocked with an excellent range of free weights and machines. However, gym etiquette is lost on some people; inappropriately using gym equipment for an exercise it was never designed for (which is dangerous for the individual as well as harmful to the equipment), inability of people to put weights back (specifically dumb-bells) back on the rack (ideally in order) and the spongy floor in the weights room is terrible (I understand why, but this solution makes using heavy weights dangerous). It would be good if the staff encouraged appropriate etiquette. Some of the miss-use of equipment I have seen has been quite shocking. However, I like the gym as it serves my purposes well. I can live with the aforementioned, but the staff should be on this.

Poor ExperienceHave been attending this gym last few months but relocated due to experience. Everyone is there for their own purpose fitness etc so why.....Is there no control over certain equipment like weights? Being shouted at by members when a piece is vacant and they want to use/in middle of their set(though not there).
We all are supposed to be paying members yet people are clearly coming in with others as add-ons(2 into doorcode entry) that’s not being monitored.
There is no gym instructor around monitoring members- people working out In Jeans and shoes.
Being pulled up over working out with your other half who is also a member but trying to give time to helping me when we were there together but they thought he’s a personal trainer(ha wish he was) and have requested for us not to be training together just because I had a few exercises written down on a piece of paper)

Not for meSigned up with this particular Pure Gym when it first started and I lasted about 3 month if that long. I found the atmosphere very static, no trainers walking around the floor making sure persons were using the equipment as they should or just there for advice. You literally have to look for an instructor to ask for help and if you did it was literally like less than a minute and told you can sign up for personal training. So I left and never went back. As I am only looking to Tone I wish there was more readily available support along my fitness journey. Not just an induction. There is also a lack of consideration or rotation for other members who wish to use the Matrix full gym weight machines. Oh and no spin class.

Not goodAtmosphere in the gym feels strange. Not sure what it is but after having bought a week membership to try the gym, I can't help but feel it was a bit shabby. Male locker room is tiny, and I witnessed external people coming in without valid entry codes by tagging along to some other members, which is obviously not good from a safety perspective.

No Pure CycleDisappointed that they dont have a pure cycle class. But as i wont out of town during the week im very happy that i can go else where for Pure cycle. It only means that sadly once i working back in london again i'll have to switch gyms if there isnt a pure cycle class near home or work
