Dose the jobI booked my first class and it had been cancelled not a great start when you are new and trying to really push your self to get to the gym. I booked a second class Body Pump was one of my favourite classes at a previous gym but this class was more HIIT than pump we didn't use the bars or weighs much in this class and was told there would be no classes for two weeks as the trainer is on Holiday I then tried the Wednesday Circuits class Fab Class Fab Trainer. I don't really find staff friendly lacks customer service no one to ask questions too only if you pay for PT . so all in all not that cheap lacking customer service for the price and classes disappointing

Cutest customersI have been going to the gym for a long time now but am new to puregym. Staff are helpful and equipment seems well-kept and is plentiful. However, the people at this gym are the rudest I have ever met. Hogging the machines is one thing, but at peak gym times trying to reserve three at once is unacceptable. If you are not immediately using a machine or bar because you are doing something else then someone else is allowed to use that machine. I don't appricate getting yelled at by other gym-goers just because I am young and therefore look like you can walk over me. It's a shame I won't be coming back to this gym just because of the people there. Other than this the gym is lovely.

3 years laterI rejoiced Pure Gym Enfield after a 3 year absence. There have been many changes. Firstly the ground floor is now very dark and gloomy and has been taken over by the Grunt Squad (Ernest Weight Lifters) . I founď this rather shocking and intimidating from what had previously been a friendly and welcoming entrance and will certainly put newcomers off. The first floor is well equipped, light and airy well away from the Grunt Squad. There were several pieces of equipment in bad repair or nonfunctional namely several rowing machines without batteries and some of the bikes in pieces. I was disappointed to note that the ropes had been removed. There should be a dress code , if for no other reason than Health and Safety. I noted several people in flowing robes that could easily entangle in moving machinery and one individual wearing Timberland Boots. There was no one in overall charge and I did not notice clear instructions of where the Defribillator was kept. I would like to see every PT to have an up to date Basic Life Support Cerificate on display.

Great gym, but weights always everywhere!!!!I have been a member of Pure Gym Enfield for more then 3 years!!!! I like the gym is very big and a lot of equipment etc.. but the most annoying thing is the weights everywhere, Im just waisting my time to find the weights or to find a clip, the gym is big and if someone took the weight somewhere and do not put it back then you have to look for it and just waisting my time as I normally go before work and I just wnat to get my workout done!!! Female changing room also not very clean!!! But members are just so rude and unrespecfull!!!

Does the job!I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, I think the gym is good. I think they could incorporate some new machines. I also think they need to clean the toilets more often and more thoroughly, especially the downstairs one. It also wouldn’t hurt to have some cleaning products around the gym so people can wipe the machines/benches after use. Majority of the staff are friendly, however some are not so friendly especially SOME of the female members.
