Worth spending more on another gym.Poor experience here. The air conditioning never worked in the changing rooms (especially in the hot summer months), ended up leaving feeling sweatier than after a spin class. Changing rooms were also dirty and smelly. Showers didn't have any temperature control to just heated the changing rooms up consistently. Had to go around 15:00 to be able to have a reasonable amount of time on equipment. If you want to go to a PureGym it would be worth going to London Wall rather than here.

Good, but consistently LOUDUsually gets very very busy during weekday peak times, could do with more machines/ space, however my one disappointment with this branch is the consistently loud music, despite contact with puregym staff.
I've downloaded a sound meter to make sure I'm not going insane, but the music peaks at 80decibels , far louder than what my earphones can cover.

Good value but warm & stuffyGreat location, the equipment is fine and includes everything you need. But the atmosphere feels very stuffy and warm. The changing rooms are very hot & busy with little room. The showers are not great. You get blasted with a short weak burst of very hot water. No option to control the temperature.

Big disapointmentPros: *gym that is close to my workplace *equipment in good condition *easy to find
Cons:*located on 3 levels of the basement so it's very hot everywhere
*very small * not a lot of equipment *miniature changing rooms *NO SOAP/ SHOWER GEL /SHAMPOO WHATSOEVER *in order to have my hair washed I had to get on my knees as the showers are mounted in a way that the water comes out on the level of my neck (177cm tall) *takes ages to dry hair with their hairdryers *you are sweaty again 10 minutes after shower because of tiny changing rooms (loads of people, hairdryers working and no air circulation) *no reception *wi-fi not working even though showing that phone is connected
Overall experience: I will never come back and I am grateful to my friend who suggested to have a free trail before I commit because this is the worst gym I have ever been to and I have seen a few of them in different cities. It's not even fair value for the money because I pay much less in my other gym which offers much better service. Had a pleasure of using Pure Gym in different location before and St Paul's looks very bad in comparison.

Great Gym For Classes!Great gym! Def a place to stay fitness motivated and meet new people. There are a wide range of lunchtime classes, floor levels for specific workouts and the instructors are amazing! The only downsides are locker rooms are bit small and there isnt a swimming pool.

Dread Pirate Roberts from
Good gym & equipment, v good value, always packedI've been a member for a couple of months. Generally very good gym in itself- 24/7 opening hours are great for my working schedule, and has pretty much all the machines you'd need. However it is seemingly always packed - even seen 30+ people at 11pm mid-week which is impressive if rather unsettling. If you're happy with people occasionally swiping your weights mid-set and waiting for people to stop doing non-exercises they seemingly saw on Instagram so you can do pull-ups, it's great. the price is excellent for what you get though, just with cheapness you get both higher quantity and at times lower quality gym mates!
Also no shower gel / towels (again a price matter I'm sure) is a bit of a pain but minor one.

Great little hidden treasure !I signed up a few weeks ago. Considering it's right in the middle of the city centre, its amazing how secluded it feels with a little private garden to chill out after a work out. So far have attended a few classes and used the equipment... will continue to do so...
