Rated 5 out of 5 by from good quality of machines and enviroments i am very happy with my membership at pure gym as it offer me better quality of gym. I have signed to this gym a year ago and I am still happy with the environment and I personally think that I will continue till whenever.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ladies Toilets The cleanliness of the toilets have gone downhill since Dawn and Maria left. Last week there was no toilet paper for two days. When question, was told stocks run out. Well emergency stocks can always be purchased from Sainsburys, 1 minute away from the club, so no excuse!! Dumbells seems to be missing at all times on 1st floor. Don't understand where they disappear to. Not all PTs are friendly. Only the ones that take the classes are friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could do much better Staff is always unavailable. the manager is nowhere to be seen, she hides in her office all day. I wanted to ask something today and had to look in her office where she was eating (at 11am...uhm) went for a stretching class and an overweight instructor did the class. before the rude guy started he told the class twice: now stop talking, the class is about to start. I asked if there was a mat available for me and he rolled his eyes. I wasn't even late for class but there were no mats. SO SORRY TO ASK! yawning during the whole class. one of the exercises was to close our eyes and roll the eyeball left and right. top and bottom etc. are we stretching our eyeballs here? I walked out of class - of course. whilst he was there with his eyes closed, we were looking at each other shocked....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An okay gym if you know what you're doing After the works on the gym to make it quieter I feel the gym has gone down hill. There is a lack of equipment e.g. barbells and plates (if you go to the North Finchley gym you will see a lot more kit there in a similar size gym) and majority of the instructors have no clue what they're doing or show little to no attention or interest into their clients. Don't get me wrong some instructors know what they're doing and are very friendly but others just seem to carelessly take your money whilst offering a poor service. At peak times and even non peak times you could be waiting a good 10 to 20 min for a barbell as they are only enough for 4 people really and some people end up doing bicep curls in the squat rack, which is a big no. If you are going for classes they can be really good but if you are there for free weights and to do heavy lifts its not ideal. Recommend late 9 o'clock or later on weekdays and on weekends in the morning. Avoid weekdays from 4 o'clock to 7 o'clock its a nightmare to get anything done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Machines This place has been fine until I started noticing that the machines which contain the shakes charge me for a protein shake and says Authorizing for a long time and cancels the purchase. Its really frustrating so I won’t be using this machine anymore .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from GYM CLOSED!!! The gym has now been closed for a total of 3 days due to a water issue with no communication at all to gym members as to when the gym will re-open. This is poor management and not good enough at all. Not everyone can use alternative Puregym sites as its not convenient for all. Why hasnt the gym management sorted this out by now and just communicate with its members!!!!
