The upgrade includes:
- A brand new 1,500sqft women's workout space featuring squat racks and a free-weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 30kg, a Smith machine, and more!
- More free weights with way more equipment including an 8-bay rig and more plate loaded equipment.
- A brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence.
- A brand new functional area with all-new kit!
- Upgraded dual studio.
- Even more cable kit.
Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date.
