Hey, I'm a personal trainer with a strong background in martial arts — from Karate and MMA to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing. I also bring years of experience in team sports like volleyball, netball, and cricket, which taught me how to build discipline, endurance, and performance under pressure.
I'm not just here to help you burn calories — I coach with a mindset. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and unlock the mental toughness that gets you through life's hardest reps — both in and out of the gym.
Whether you're just starting or looking to level up, my sessions combine functional strength, boxing-inspired conditioning (non-contact), and endurance work to help you feel capable, confident, and focused.
