How to find us

We're next to TUI and B&M Bargains at the back end of the Cardiff Bay Retail Park, closest to IKEA. If you're travelling to the gym by car we're just off the A4232 dual carriageway. Parking on site is free for members for up to three hours. There's an excellent bus service to and from the gym. Bus numbers 9, 9A, 89A, 89B, 93S, 304 and X45 will drop you off at the stop on Ferry Road.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok gym, limited equipment and no atmosphere The gym has great access for parking, however the gym itself needs more equipment, and also the music is very quiet and makes the atmosphere stale.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s ok There should be alcohol gel and the equivalent to wipe down the equipment eg treadmills get very wet from sweat along with the other equipment. The studio space is used for classes at set times so I try to visit my sessions around these so I can use the studio. The space outside the studio is often occupied no space available quite often

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gym Signed up 2 months ago and already lost 3% body fat, it gets your mind off things and gets you on the zone.. even when it’s considered full (150+ people) there’s always a bench or machine available for what your working on, £18 a month and over 50+ free classes.. you can’t complain,

Havent used the classes yet but plan on in due course Would reccomend , great value for money and can go any time with the 24/7 opening hours

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gym, really like the classes It’s a good gym and I really enjoy the classes, the problem is you can’t understand any of the instructors when they use the microphone. No one can, so in the end you just look around and copy what everyone else is doing in the hopes that it’s right. Maybe just turn the music down a tad so the instructor can just speak? Lots of equipment available and the app is fab and easy to use.
