We know how busy you are juggling your work and home life, so we’ve made it easier for you to exercise whenever you like by making access to our gym 24 hours. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird you can work out at a time of your choosing and with remote monitoring you are always in safe hands.
Contract-free membership
Some gyms tie you down to long-term contracts which you continue to pay for even if your circumstances change. That’s not our style at PureGym. We don’t have contracts, just a monthly membership which you are free to cancel at any time without a penalty.

Why you would want to leave us is anybody’s guess because despite being a cheap gym we are jam-packed with more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment throughout all of our 230+ gyms. If you love cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers we have them in spades, as well as the latest spin cycles which come with computerised monitors to check on your progress. We’ve also got a huge free weights area and plenty of fixed-resistance and plate-loaded gear to improve your strength and conditioning.

Get your kicks from working out with a gym buddy or in the company of others? You’re in luck, because we have more than 65 free fitness classes available every week. Tone up your abs, legs, bums and tums or experience the high intensity of fat burn, cycle or circuits. Test yourself in box fit, a non-contact work-out designed to boost your stamina. It really packs a punch! If you’re looking for something slower, try stretch which lengthens those muscles susceptible to injury. When it comes to group work-outs we are top of the class!

Our postcode is CF23 8NL and you can park in the onsite car park for up to 4 hours. If you're coming by bus, the nearest bus stop is just a minute's walk away, outside the retail park on Heol Pontprennau and we're a five-minute drive or 25-minute walk away from Llanishen train station.
