Hi I’m Mikolaj
As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach it is my mission to guide and support you through your fitness journey, whether you are brand new to the gym or a more advanced lifter.
I have a background in weightlifting and nutrition and I’m always happy to share my knowledge and passion to help others achieve their goals.
I help clients with a wide variety of goals, some areas I specialise in include building muscle, fat loss/weight management, and nutrition. My approach is evidence based and backed with the most recent science on fitness with an individualised plan for each client.
