About me

I first started to exercise to improve my mental well-being as I have suffered from anxiety from a young age. I loved the energy and confidence it provided me with, pushing myself and getting stronger week after week.​

I know how important it is to prioritize exercise and a nutritional diet to feel my best mentally and physically and now I want to help make a healthy lifestyle easy for you. By showing you how to build simple habits into your everyday life and finding forms of exercise that you enjoy, I will help you become the healthiest and fittest version of yourself, not only physically but mentally too. ​
