The PureGym Trust

The PureGym Trust was founded in 2020 in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, providing a hardship fund designed to provide short-term supplementary emergency support for our employees in need. We're proud to say that this has become central to how we look after our people at PureGym, supporting our existing employee assistance and wellbeing programmes.

Fair, family friendly policies and support

PureGym is fully committed to supporting working parents, and in support of this offers enhanced maternity pay that can deliver up to 16 weeks full pay, and an additional 8 weeks at 50% pay in addition to statutory maternity pay. Employees can access Andriot Legal Services, providing a range of practical legal and bereavement services. 

Employee assistance programme (Eap)

Our healthcare provider offers a wide range of support and guidance to all our employees through their counselling service when experiencing a challenging situation. Support through the PureGym EAP is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
