What is Pure Bootcamp?

If you’re looking for a total body workout that will help tone your body and burn fat, this is the class for you. The exercises involve a combination of bodyweight exercises and free weight exercises that will help boost your strength and endurance. This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

What you need to know

  • This class soon gets hot so wear breathable, non-restrictive clothes and supportive trainers. Also bring a towel to freshen up and a water bottle to replace lost fluids.

    1. Bootcamp caters to all levels but can be quite intense. If you need to, take a breather at any point.

    3. Make sure you give the instructor the heads up if you have any injuries or if it's your first time trying Bootcamp. They'll be able to suggest variations of the exercises.
