This educational course will teach you how to live healthier, eat and train smarter, and be your best self. You'll discover how to:
- understand calories and how many you need to manage your weight
- build your confidence in how you train in or away from the gym
- quickly prepare food that suits you.
Weekly meetings with your Pure Lifestyle coach and others with similar goals backed up with a host of digital course materials will give you the motivation, confidence and support to succeed. The course lasts six weeks. The results will last much longer.
