The gym is also monitored remotely so whether you’re a night owl or an early bird you have the peace of mind that you’re always in safe hands.

Packed with quality gear

We may be a cheap gym, but don’t think for a moment you’ll be fighting over the equipment because we are jam-packed with more than 220 pieces of the latest kit throughout all of our 230+ clubs. In fact, we've recently refurbished our Birmingham West gym to provide you with great new kit and more space to work out in the free weights, studio and functional area. Our brand new pieces of equipment include: a rig station, cable crossover machine, prone leg curl, benches and s-drive treadmills. Whether you want plate-loaded machines, free weights or love nothing more than a classic cardio work-out on cross trainers, steppers and rowers, this is the place for you!  

PureGym is different class

Not only are we packed with equipment, we have a fantastic range of free fitness classes overseen by qualified instructors to give you a helping hand if you find your motivation starting to flag. Take a spin in our brilliant cycle class in which the bikes are equipped with computers to monitor your progress. Tone up those abs, legs, bums and tums or work up a sweat in boot camp and circuits. Dedicated ladies only area

If you want to work out away from the main gym, we offer a dedicated ladies only area. In our newly refurbished ladies only area you'll find:

No-contract membership

The great thing about what we have to offer is that there is no contract, just a monthly membership which you can cancel whenever you like without paying a penalty. This means you can focus solely on your fitness and not your finances!

Becoming a member is easy. Join online and book a free induction with a member of staff who will show you round the gym and advise you on the best form of exercise to suit your needs and ability. Or if you prefer to dip your toes in the water first, book a day pass and see what we have to offer.
